- Cash refund is strictly not available.
- Item(s) must be exchanged or returned within 7 (seven) working days from date of received enclosed with (i) original receipt, (ii) attached original tags and (iii) any related accessories included.
- Item(s) must be exchanged or returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with original attached tags. Request will NOT be accepted if these conditions are not fulfilled.
- All requests of exchange or return are subject to stocks availability.
- Khatam does not serve Reservation basis.
- Applicable for purchases made in Malaysia and Overseas.
- Customers must bear the postage fees.
