TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Kindly read through thoroughly our terms and conditions before proceeding with the Return and Exchange request.

  1. Cash refund is strictly not available.
  2. Item(s) must be exchanged or returned within 7 (seven) working days from date of received enclosed with (i) original receipt, (ii) attached original tags and (iii) any related accessories included.
  3. Item(s) must be exchanged or returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with original attached tags. Request will NOT be accepted if these conditions are not fulfilled.
  4. All requests of exchange or return are subject to stocks availability.
  5. Khatam does not serve Reservation basis.
  6. Applicable for purchases made in Malaysia and Overseas.
  7. Customers must bear the postage fees.
  8. Khatam reserves the right to refuse your request if any of the above is not followed and fulfilled.
