Payment and Delivery

- We do not allow change/edit in order once you have placed your order.
- Kindly recheck thoroughly before finalising your order.
- Allow your purchase to be processed within 2-5 working days. You will then receive a tracking number that should be effective for your reference within 48-72 hours once your has been processed.
Exchange
1. If a customer wants to exchange the purchased product(s), the product(s) MUST be returned in person to any of KHATAM Outlets. No replacement or exchange will be entertained if the product(s) is/are returned via courier or postage. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be subjected to stocks availability.
2. Only normal-priced items can be exchanged within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase with original receipt, original tags still attached and with any related accessories included.
3. 7 (seven) days exchange policy is strictly applicable only for size exchange and rare cases of manufacturing defects.
4. Items to be exchanged should be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with original attached tags. If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for exchange.
5. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different item to exchange: • If the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount • If the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided
6. STRICTLY NO exchange for Stock Clearance and Markdown price items.
7. STRICTLY NO exchange for items that have been altered.
8. STRICTLY NO cash refund.
9. ONE time exchange per receipt ONLY.
10.KHATAM reserves the right to refuse your request if any of the above is not followed and fulfilled.
11.Applicable for purchases made in Malaysia ONLY.
Refund
1. KHATAM will only allow for refund under cases of wrong or defected item(s). We will exchange for the same item that is subject to stock availability.
2. Should the item to exchange is out of stock, a refund in STORE CREDIT form will be given due to our inability to fulfil an order.
3. No cash refunds will be issued. We offer store credit or exchanges only.
4. KHATAM retains the right to refuse any exchange/refund.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items received/purchased more than 7 days. - Used or unsealed product, except certain stated conditions.
- Product not sold by Khatam Festive Apparel Sdn.Bhd.
- Product damaged by buyer.
- Free gift and samples
- Discounted items
- Due to hygiene reasons, worn and washed products are not returnable or exchangeable once the product packaging box or seal is opened.

All images/media on this website are owned by Khatam Festive Apparel Sdn Bhd, otherwise credited. All rights are reserved, and no usage or reproduction of any type may be made of any image taken by or copyright to KHATAM design without the approval of the company.

Singapore: 4-7 business days once shipped out from our warehouse.
Worldwide: 5-10 business days once shipped out from our warehouse.
The above estimated days include the time to process your order from our internal team and delivery postage from the courier.
- All international orders are subject to their shipping, customs and duty fees which must be paid by the recipient. We advise you to contact your local custom office for up-to-date charges before confirming your order with us.
- Any parcel damages during the delivery process by the courier will not be our responsibility.
